The course

Do I need specific experience to attend the Change Course?

The Change Course is designed for senior leaders with over 10 years’ experience, who are currently leading or about to lead their business, team or department through change. Previous change management experience is not needed.

Who is delivering the course?

The Corporate Punk team, and associated Faculty and Guest Speakers. We’ve deliberately built a faculty that is diverse, experienced, and full of innovative thinkers.

What’s the time commitment?

Each module will take no more than 22.5 hours (three working days) of your time over two months. We know that our participants are busy senior leaders, so we’ve designed this experience to achieve the biggest impact in the least possible amount of time.

How will the course be delivered?

Online, via Zoom and other platforms. Many of our clients are having to manage change while working remotely. Our course is designed to reflect that reality.

Are course materials provided?

Absolutely! You will receive a range of practical tools and teaching materials in various formats, for you to use after the course has finished.

Is there any support in between the live sessions?

The course is designed to provide significant support for leaders managing the often difficult process of change, through teaching sessions and forums. In particular, the forums are designed to help participants work through practical and emotional issues in a supportive peer group environment.

For participants who require extra support outside of this, we can offer additional coaching or consulting packages. Please contact us to discuss.

Do I need to bring anything with me?

Only a willingness to be open-minded and present throughout the course. We’ll take care of the rest. We will also send you some optional, light-touch reading before the course begins.

Booking

How do I book?

You can book on to the first module of the course or the entire course via our website, using any credit or debit card. If you’d prefer to be invoiced for the cost, please get in touch with us.

What payment cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard credit and debit cards, and Amex credit and charge cards.

Do you charge VAT?

VAT at the prevailing rate will be automatically added at checkout. If your business is registered in a nation that qualifies for the VAT reverse charge procedure, please contact us and we will make appropriate arrangements.

How will I know my booking has definitely been made?

After completing your booking on the website, you will receive a booking confirmation and receipt for your records. We’ll also make contact to say hello and to answer any other questions that you might have.

Do I have to book all three modules at the same time?

No. You have two options: book for the entire course, or book for the first module only.

If you have booked for the first module only, booking for the second and third modules will be opened for you at the end of each preceding module.

Please note that it is not possible to book Module 2 or 3 in isolation. Progression to the second and third modules is only possible once you’ve completed the first.

What will I miss if I only book one of the modules?

It’s not possible to book Module 2 or 3 in isolation. You will be able to leave the course at the end of Module 1 or Module 2 but will miss out on the full range of tools and techniques (about preparing for change and managing people) which will help you lead and manage with confidence.

Do you offer discounts?

For clients who book the whole course at once, we can offer a 10% reduction on the overall cost. Other than that, we’re not offering discounts, tiered packages or special bundles. This is because we have worked hard to offer the lowest possible price for the course to make it accessible to as many different leaders and businesses as possible.

Practicalities

What times will the live training sessions be?

The teaching sessions and forums will be held at the dates and times advertised on the website. Click here for info.

What happens if I can't attend one of the live sessions?

We will record all teaching and forum sessions. You will be able to watch them on catch-up. We do ask that you attend as many of the sessions in person as possible – being able to talk through your challenges with our team and other participants is part of what will make this experience valuable.

What happens if I need to cancel my place?

If you cancel your place within six weeks of the advertised start date for the first module, unfortunately we will be unable to give you a refund. This is because we are unlikely to be able to resell your space to another client. If you cancel your place with over six weeks remaining until the advertised start date for the first module, we will refund 50% of the fee that you have paid. Enterprise options

I would like you to deliver the Change Course for a group of our senior leaders. Is this possible?

Yes. We are happy to discuss running a tailor-made version of the course for five or more leaders within your organisation. Please talk to us about this.
