Corporate Punk was born from the belief that there is a better, more human way of making lasting, positive change in business.

Change done with people is far faster and more effective than the slow, expensive reform of systems and processes.

The Change Index

The Change Index is a diagnostic tool designed to measure and benchmark the ability of a business or teams to be adaptable and resourceful in the face of constant change – all whilst ensuring complete anonymity of all participants.

It results in clear, actionable recommendations that leaders can take right now to improve adaptability and innovation potential.

How does it work

By measuring three main factors: Awareness, Agility and Adaptability.

Results are statistically validated and objective, and weighted to produce an overall score.
