The way we structure our team reflects our belief that organisations need a culture of flexibility and responsiveness and a focus on value creation to succeed. Complementing our 15-strong in-house team, we draw on a remarkable talent pool of senior people who are world-class in their fields. All our people are carefully selected to share our values and ethos, and have a minimum of 15 years’ experience in their respective fields.
